Frank Schwerin, pictured on the fantail of the USS
Robinson in 1953, displays his Straight Flush of wallet cards. These
cards can be used to trump overly boastful " Been There , Done That "
folks. Also Frank, by showing his Shellback Card, will never again
have to go thru the unique initiation of first timers crossing the
equator. Not shown is a card that he has up his sleeve, The Royal
Order Of The Golden Dragon Card issued for crossing the International
Date Line when the Robbie crossed the Pacific in July 1953.
